Alarmes de Intrusão:

No âmbito de uma crescente preocupação com os assaltos, a detecção de intrusão torna-se numa solução a considerar na protecção de pessoas e bens. Os detectores de intrusão destinam-se a detectar intrusos, activando o alarme ou outro tipo de aviso programado. Os sensores podem ser PIR detectores volumétricos de movimento, arrombamento de portas e janelas, quebra de vidros e feixes de infravermelhos.

Alarmes técnicos (inundação, gás e fumo):

Os alarmes técnicos destinam-se a detectar fugas de gás, fumo ou água. Ao detectar qualquer destas anomalias, o sistema activa o alarme ou outro tipo de aviso programado e fecha as válvulas de segurança correspondentes.

Video-Vigilância:

Um sistema de vídeo-vigilância poderá dissuadir os intrusos pelo facto de estarem a ser filmados, no entanto pode também ser útil para vigiar as crianças que brincam no jardim. O sistema pode ser configurado para gravação contínua, ou iniciar a gravação apenas quando detecta a presença de alguém.

Simulação de presença:

Enquanto estiver ausente, a  habitação simulará a sua presença através do controlo inteligente da iluminação, dos estores e/ou outros aparelhos.

Botão de pânico:

Durante a noite, se sentir a presença de estranhos ou quando algum alerta de intrusão é disparado, poderá acender todas as luzes (interiores e exteriores) de casa, apenas premindo um interruptor situado no seu quarto.
